There are many types of renewable energy. Examples of these include hydroelectric, geothermal, solar, wind, biomass, tidal, and wave energy.

Solar Energy: There are two commonly used methods to obtain electrical energy from solar energy. Firstly, solar cells used in solar panels can be used to obtain electrical energy directly from solar energy.

The other method is thermal solar energy. In these systems, solar energy is absorbed and transferred to water as heat. This system can also be used to meet the heating and hot water needs of homes.

Hydroelectric Energy: Hydroelectric power plants convert the energy of flowing or falling water into electrical energy.

Geothermal Energy: The energy obtained from thermal groundwater is called geothermal energy. Geothermal energy, or electricity, can also be used for warming purposes.

Wind Energy: Wind turbines are systems that convert wind energy into electrical energy.

Biomass: Plants, algae, animal feces, frying oils, all organic garbage, etc., which are biomass sources. After being converted into biofuels, they are burned and used to obtain heat energy. The heat energy obtained can be used in electricity generation and heating.

Tidal Energy: It is an energy source that benefits from the tides in the seas.

Wave Energy: In wave energy systems, electrical energy is obtained by utilizing the movement and pressure of waves.
